Below is some information on how to access our Clinic, Transit/Parking, Accessibility & Bathrooms

We are located in the Royal Oak Shopping Centre across from Floyd’s Diner.

Our address is 203-4480 W Saanich Rd, V8Z 3E9.

Our clinic is on the second floor above Direct Travel Personalized Experiences, directly across from Floyd’s Diner.

The access door is located beside the Direct Travel office and faces Floyd's Diner. Here is a photo of where it is:

More Information

  • We will not have dedicated reception everyday, this will be managed by the counsellors in the office.

    If you arrive and the Burn Bright Counselling office door is locked, please scan the QR code next to the door to check in. Your counsellor will come out to greet you.

    If you arrive and the Burn Bright Counselling office door is unlocked, please come in to the waiting room and sit in the yellow chairs.

    Please be quiet while you are waiting as there will be counselling sessions in progress.

  • There is a bus stop in front of Royal Oak Shopping Centre and there is free parking in the shopping centre.

  • The building has an elevator and stairs, we are located on the second floor. When you exit the elevator or the stairwell you turn right and our office will be right there.

  • The bathroom keys will be available for you to use if needed before your session. Both of our bathroom keys are hanging on the wall inside our clinic next to the front door. The keys are attached to a rainbow coloured ruler.

    There is a single stall gender neutral bathroom located right near our office door next to the stairwell, and two single stall accessible gender neutral bathrooms around the corner on our floor.
